Cinco De Mayo!!

Even though I'm 1/2 hispanic, I'm not mexican but happy Cinco de Mayo!!! In honor of today, I made tortilla soup tonight. But not for tonight, for tomorrow's lunch and some thrown in the freezer for the future ....en el futuro. Buena noche mundo!!
